The Hilltop Motel offers the lowest hotel rates in Yap.
Located on the edge of Colonia, the Hilltop is situated
on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the town center.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and this comfortable
hotel caters to the budget traveler.
Package Terms and Conditions
*Please note that each day of diving includes two dives.
*All packages must be prepaid at least thirty days prior
to arrival.

privacy reasons

enter credit card details online. The amount shown will
be $0.01 and your card will be charged the appropriate
package amount. This is simply a secure method of sending
credit card details to us.
*Cancellation policy: If a prepaid package is cancelled
before thirty days prior to arrival, we will extend a refund
equal to 75% of the package price. If a prepaid package
is cancelled within fourteen days of arrival, we will extend
a 50% refund of the package price. If a prepaid package
is cancelled and we are not notified prior to the date
of arrival, there will be no refund on the package.
Most of Yap's hotels have a check-out time of 12:00 pm.
Due to Yap's flight schedules, if you will need your room
for an extended time past 12:00 pm, a late check-out charge
will apply. Each hotel has a different policy regarding
late check-outs. Please ask for details.
